Bundy is originally from Belize, where he worked as a certified scuba school instructor and a licensed boat captain, navigating the stunning Caribbean waters and honing his skills in precision and safety. In 2009, he moved to the United States for love and officially became a U.S. citizen in 2024.

In 2022, Bundy transitioned into the pest control industry, bringing his keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and dedication to customer service to a new field. His background in training and customer service allows him to educate clients on preventive measures while delivering thorough and efficient solutions. Bundy’s adaptability and strong work ethic make him a valuable asset in protecting homes and businesses from pests.

Casey Pryor

Casey is a state-licensed home inspector and Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) specialist.  He started with our sister company, SEC, in 2025 and has quickly proven to be an asset to both companies.

Casey has a background in carpentry and construction, bringing a sharp eye for structural integrity and potential pest-related damage. He evaluates critical areas of a property, including wood integrity, moisture issues, termite activity, and other pest-related risks.

Jon Haas

Jon is a seasoned home inspector with over five years of experience with our sister company, SEC Inspection Services, and nearly 30 years in construction. As a skilled carpenter, he has worked in all facets of home building, from framing and structural work to finish carpentry and remodeling. His extensive hands-on expertise provides a unique advantage in pest control, allowing him to identify structural vulnerabilities that pests—especially termites—can exploit.

Jon’s deep understanding of construction enables him to detect early signs of termite activity, such as wood damage, mud tubes, and moisture issues that attract infestations.
